I love going to the Village Rx! Tom is a wonderful person and is very professional. Tiffany is amazing. She always checks to make sure my meds are correct and Rena is very friendly. I receive texts to let me know my meds are being filled, and also when they’re ready. And if I need anything I can simply text them and they actually care and reply. They sell other things like dippin dots and I take my grand children over to have one each. My grands look forward to it, but not only for the dots, but also to see Tom, Tiffany and Rena. So glad they’re here in Old Hickory Village! We are truly blessed because of them.

I wish I could score Village Rx a 10 stars. When I say this is the nicest pharmacy I have ever interacted with. From the Pharmacist, pharmacy techs and the counter help AMAZING customer service help. I am so thankful a friend told me about this pharmacy. If you need a caring , thoughtful pharmacy then this is it.
Never going to a corporate pharmacy chain again. No line out the door, no over worked angry staff. Drive though is functioning. Pharmacist is helpful. Very affordable. Nothing but great things to say here.
Went here for the first time. It was a very nice pharmacy. Found a cane tip there, great price too. Nice people.
It might seem like everyone has been saying the same thing, which to a statistician might be suspicious...but let me say that this time, it's because this pharmacy is truly a gem. My pharmacists know me by name, know that I'm married to my husband, and have even preemptively reached out when they noticed our scripts were close to due for a refill. I get med refills the same day they're ordered. I can get my meds delivered because I live in the Village. I couldn't be happier and more humbled by such a great local pharmacist! (plus they have a great over the counter stock, dip n dots, and a fancy selection of fragranced heating pads and coffee tumblers. what's not to love!!)

I can say with the utmost confidence, if this pharmacy and the people who work there were not the best at what they do and have the compassion they have, I would not be as emotionally, mentally, and physically strong as I am today. They go above and beyond what anyone can expect. Their kindness and their dedication to their jobs puts them above any other pharmacy I have ever known. They are always on time and swift with refills and new medications. They care so full heartedly they know me by name and have given me peace of mind knowing my medical condition, my health, and my prescriptions. They go above and beyond expectations of a pharmacy and are incredibly knowledgeable on contraindications and other pharmaceutical knowledge. After I found them I don’t think I could ever go back to a corporate pharmacy again.
